This day (April 15, 2023) is a day that I will cherish forever. The journey was filled with challenges, but the hard work, determination, and unwavering support from my team made it all worth it. The lessons I have learned in gymnastics have been invaluable in this next chapter of my life as a PA student. Gymnastics has given me the mindset to stay focused under pressure, adapt to new challenges, and remain resilient when things get tough, all of which are essential in PA school. Most importantly, gymnastics instilled a deep sense of teamwork and empathy, which have carried me far beyond the sport itself.
I am forever proud to call OU my home.
